1. Promoter

The competition is run by Putt (“Putt”), in collaboration with Titleist (“Titleist”).

2. Competition Period

The competition runs from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, inclusive.

Monthly prize draws will take place at the end of each calendar month during the competition period.

Grand prize draws will take place mid-year (June 2026) and year-end (December 2026).

3. Eligibility

• The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.

• Entrants must have a valid Putt account.

• Employees, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of Putt and Titleist are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter (Standard Users)

• Every time a user completes a golf round and logs their score in the Putt app, they will receive one (1) entry into that month’s prize draw. To qualify, rounds must be marked as complete and submitted within the calendar month.

• There is no limit to the number of rounds that may be logged during the competition period.

5. Performance Bonus Entries

Users can boost their chances by achieving specific on-course milestones. These bonuses are designed to reward both frequent play and exceptional performance:

• The Regular: Earn two (2) bonus entries for completing three (3) or more rounds in a single month.

• Birdie Hunter: Earn two (2) bonus entries for recording five (5) or more birdies in a calendar month.

• Eagle Eyed: Earn one (1) entry for every Eagle recorded.

• Eagle Hunter: Earn an additional one (1) bonus entry for achieving five (5) or more eagles in a single month.

• Hole-in-One & Albatross: Achievement is its own reward, but we’ll also give you five (5) bonus entries for any hole-in-one or albatross recorded (awarded once per month).

6. Social & Community Bonus Entries

Engagement within the Putt community also earns you a seat at the table:

• Paparazzi: Earn one (1) bonus entry for uploading three (3) or more photos to your rounds in a month.

• Recruiter: Earn one (1) bonus entry for every five (5) new followers you gain during the month.

7. Premium Advantage

Putt Premium users receive a 2x multiplier on their total entries. At the end of each month, the total number of entries earned (including all standard and bonus entries) will be doubled for all active Premium subscribers.

8. Monthly Prizes (All Users)

At the end of each month, winners will be randomly drawn to receive Titleist prizes, which may include:

• Sleeves of Titleist golf balls

• Putt x Titleist caps

• Golf towels

• Other Titleist-branded golf accessories

• Monthly prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

9. Premium User Grand Prizes

• Putt Premium subscribers are automatically eligible for two (2) grand prize draws during 2026.

• Grand prizes include either:

  • A set of Titleist GT metals (1 driver + 2 fairway woods) valued at approximately R27,500, OR

  • A set of Titleist T-Series irons valued at approximately R30,000

• Winners will receive one of the above prizes, determined by availability.

• Only users with an active Putt Premium subscription at the time of the draw are eligible for grand prizes.

10. Selection of Winners

• Monthly and grand prize winners will be selected via a random draw from all valid entries.

• Draws will be conducted by Putt or its appointed representative.

• The outcome of each draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified via the email address and/or phone number associated with their Putt account within 7 days of the draw.

• If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Putt reserves the right to redraw the prize.

12. Prize Delivery

• Physical prizes will be delivered to a South African address provided by the winner.

• Putt and Titleist are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery details supplied by winners.

13. Fair Play & Verification

• Putt reserves the right to verify rounds, scores, and user activity.

• Any attempt to manipulate scores, falsify rounds, or abuse the system may result in disqualification at Putt’s sole discretion.

14. No Skill Requirement

• This competition is not a game of skill.

• Winners are selected randomly.

• Golfing ability does not increase or decrease the likelihood of winning beyond the number of valid entries earned.

15. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners consent to Putt using their name, image, and/or golf-related content for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

16. Data Protection

Personal information collected will be processed in accordance with POPIA and Putt’s Privacy Policy.

Data will be used solely for competition administration and related communication.

17. General

• Putt reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if required by circumstances beyond its control.

• Any changes will be communicated via the Putt website and/or app.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
